At Domino’s, the safety of our team members and our valued customers will always be our priority. As your food delivery experts, we are dedicated to providing you with a hot and delicious meal every time. Whether you choose to have it delivered by one of our team members or come pick it up at one of our stores, we pledge our commitment to provide you a safe and enjoyable experience.

We introduced Zero Contact Delivery to provide all the convenience you expect from us, while protecting you and our team members. When placing an order online, simply mention in the Delivery Instruction for Driver box where you would like your order placed. Prepayment and pre-tipping are options that can make your delivery more efficient.

We encourage our customers to learn more about Zero Contact Delivery and Carryout and what to expect when placing an order.

We are closely monitoring recommendations from Health Canada https://www.canada.ca/en/health-canada.html and the World Health Organization https://www.who.int/ and complying with their guidance. We have increased our protocols in cleaning and sanitizing all food contact surfaces, our delivery bags, and other surfaces that are touched by team members. While regular hand washing for all team members has always been a standard procedure, in response to COVID-19 we have increased frequency as recommended. Furthermore, all in-store team members wear a mask to ensure their safety and the safety of our customers. Finally, once your food is done cooking, it goes straight from the oven into a box, which has a tamper-proof seal to ensure that the box isn’t opened.
