Complete Contest Rules

THIS CONTEST IS OPEN TO CANADIAN RESIDENTS ONLY AND IS GOVERNED BY CANADIAN LAW.

1. KEY DATES:

The Coke Canada FANTAstic Giveaway Contest (the Contest ) begins on July 1, 2025 at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends on August 31, 2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the Contest Period ).

2. ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER:

The Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada who have reached the legal age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry except employees, representatives or agents (and those with whom such persons are living, whether related or not) of The Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola Ltd., Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited (collectively, Coca-Cola ), Domino’s Pizza of Canada Ltd. ( Domino’s , and collectively with Coca-Cola, the Sponsors ), their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies and any other individual(s), entity or entities involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Contest (collectively with the Sponsors, the Contest Parties ).

3. AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY RULES:

By participating in this Contest, you are signifying that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Official Rules and Regulations (the Rules ).

4. HOW TO ENTER:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE OR OTHERWISE IMPACT YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING IN THIS CONTEST.

There are two (2) ways to earn an Entry (each, an Entry and collectively, the Entries ), as follows:

a. During the Contest Period, make a purchase of: (i) 2 (two) medium 2 (two) topping pizzas, (ii) 2 (two) dips, and (iii) 2 (two) x 500 mL beverages, in a single digital ordering transaction via a participating Domino’s location in Canada using either the Domino’s Website (https://www.dominos.ca/) or the Domino’s App and entering the Domino s 9789 coupon code at checkout (an Eligible Purchase ). Upon completing all of the foregoing requirements, you will be eligible to receive one (1) Entry into the Contest. To qualify for an Entry, an Eligible Purchase must be made and fully completed as set out above during the Contest Period.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Alternatively, to obtain an Entry without making an Eligible Purchase, print your first name, last name, telephone number, email address and complete mailing address (including postal code) on a plain piece of paper and mail it (in an envelope with sufficient postage) along with a handwritten 50 word (or more) unique and original essay on Why you want to take a trip in Canada; to the following address: Coke Canada FANTAstic Giveaway Contest PO Box 71535, Aurora ON L4G 6S9 (collectively, a Request ). Upon receipt of a valid Request in accordance with these Rules, you will receive one (1) Entry. To be eligible, the Request you submit must: (i) be received separately in a single envelope bearing sufficient postage (i.e. multiple Requests in the same envelope will be void); and (ii) be post-marked during the Contest Period and received prior to the Selection Date (as defined below in Rule 8).

There is no limit to the number of Entries that can be received per person. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you complete an Eligible Purchase, please retain a copy of your purchase receipt, as it may be required to be presented to the Sponsor as part of the verification procedure outlined below.

5. ENTRY CONDITIONS:

If it is discovered by the Sponsors (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by the Sponsors) that any person has attempted to use multiple names, multiple identities and/or any other means not in keeping with the Sponsors interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Rules, participate in the Contest in any fraudulent or misleading way, or otherwise disrupt this Contest; then they may be disqualified from the Contest in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsors. The Contest Parties and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the Released Parties ) are not responsible for, and accept no liability whatsoever in relation to, any late, lost, misdirected, delayed or incomplete Eligible Purchases, Eligible Purchase receipts, Entries, Requests, and/or any other Contest-related information (collectively, Contest-Related information ), all of which are void. To be eligible, all content and materials associated with an Entry (regardless of the method of entry) must be submitted and received in accordance with these Rules during the Contest Period. An Entry may be rejected if, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsors, the Entry is not submitted and received in accordance with these Rules during the Contest Period.

6. VERIFICATION:

All Contest-Related Information and entrants are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsors including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual s eligibility to participate in this Contest; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any Contest-Related Information and/or other information entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this Contest; and/or (iii) for any other reason the Sponsors deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Contest in accordance with the Sponsors interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsors within the timeline specified by the Sponsors may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsors. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of this Contest will be the official time-keeping device(s) of the Sponsors.

7. PRIZE:

There will be one (1) Prize available to be won (the Prize ), consisting of: (a) one (1) $7,500.00 CAD Travel Voucher Certificate for the confirmed winner to use towards a trip in Canada (for certainty, up to a maximum value of $7,500.00 CAD); and (b) one (1) $500 CAD prepaid gift card. The total approximate retail value of the Prize is $8,000 CAD. The Travel Voucher Certificate is valid only for use for a period of one (1) year from the applicable date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or resold and can only be redeemed at the applicable certificate issuer (such issuer shall be determined by the Sponsors in their sole and absolute discretion). The Travel Voucher Certificate and gift card are subject to all terms and conditions set out by its applicable issuer.

Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable or convertible to cash (except as may be specifically permitted by the Sponsors in their sole and absolute discretion. No substitutions except at Sponsors option. Sponsors reserve the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute the Prize or a component thereof with a prize of equal or greater value, including, without limitation, but at Sponsors sole and absolute discretion, a cash award. Prize will only be awarded to the person whose full name and valid email address appears in connection with the official Contest winning Eligible Purchase or Request (as applicable). All characteristics and features of the Prize, except as otherwise explicitly stated above, are at the Sponsors sole and absolute discretion. Prize winner is solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein.

IMPORTANT NOTE: ANY AND ALL OTHER COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH UTILIZING THE PRIZE WILL BE THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY AND ALL COSTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE TRIP THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED IN OR THAT ARE ABOVE THE VALUE OF THE TRAVEL VOUCHER CERTIFICATE AND/OR GIFT CARD). NONE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, NOR ANY OTHER ENTITY, WILL BE PROVIDING ANY COMPENSATION WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH UTILIZING THE PRIZE OR OTHERWISE.

None of the Released Parties makes any representation or offers any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality or fitness of the Prize awarded in connection with the Contest. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the confirmed winner understands and acknowledges that they may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from either the Sponsors or any of the other Released Parties should their Prize fail to be fit for its purpose or is in any way unsatisfactory.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following general conditions apply to the Prize: (i) all travel related to the trip must be completed on or by the date(s) specified by Sponsors or prize provider in their sole and absolute discretion (in the event that the confirmed winner is unable to claim the Prize or any portion thereof during such time, the Prize may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be forfeited in its entirety and, if forfeited, the Sponsor is not obligated to offer any substitute prizing in its place); (ii) if the confirmed winner does not utilize any part(s) of the Prize for any reason, then any such part(s) not utilized may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsors, be forfeited in their entirety and, if forfeited, nothing will be substituted in their place; (iii) Sponsors reserve the right at any time to place reasonable restrictions on the availability or use of the Prize or any component thereof (as determined by the Sponsors in their sole and absolute discretion); (iv) all travel arrangements relating to the Prize must be made through the certificate s issuer or its designated agents; (v) by accepting the Prize, the confirmed winner agrees to waive all recourse against the Released Parties if the Prize or a component thereof does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part; (vi) neither Sponsors nor any of their prize suppliers will replace any lost or stolen vouchers, gift cards or tickets; (vii) precise travel arrangements are subject to availability; (viii) certain blackout dates and further restrictions may apply; (ix) the Released Parties will not be in any way responsible (and for greater certainty, are not obligated to offer any substitute prizing) in the event that any part of the Prize trip is delayed, postponed, re-scheduled or cancelled for any reason whatsoever; (x) the Sponsors reserve the right to change any of the Prize dates and/or Prize description at their sole and absolute discretion; (xi) by participating in a trip in connection with the Prize, the winner (and any guest(s)) each: (a) signify that they understand, acknowledge and accept that participation may involve danger and/or exposure to risks and hazards (including without limitation as may be due to the inherent risks of travel and as may be due to possible COVID-19 exposure or infection), whether arising from foreseeable or unforeseeable human error and negligence, and that, as a result, they may suffer damage to personal property, serious personal injury, illness or even death; (b) signifies that they acknowledge and agree that the Released Parties are in no way responsible in any manner for any aspect of the trip and have not made any warranties, guarantees or representations about their safety while participating; and (c) warrant and represent that they have evaluated the nature, scope, and extent of the risks involved, and freely and voluntarily agree and assume any and all risks of personal injury, illness, death arising out of or connected with their participation.

8. ELIGIBLE WINNER SELECTION PROCESS:

On September 10, 2025 (the Selection Date ) in Toronto ON at approximately 10:00 a.m. ET, one (1) eligible entrant will be selected by random draw by the Sponsors designated representative from among all eligible Entries submitted and received in accordance with these Rules. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries submitted and received in accordance with these Rules.

9. ELIGIBLE WINNER NOTIFICATION PROCESS:

The Sponsors or its designated representative will make a minimum of two (2) attempts to contact the eligible winner (using the information associated with the Eligible Purchase or the Request, as applicable) within 10 (ten) business days of the Selection Date. If an eligible winner cannot be contacted as outlined above, or if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable; then they may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsors, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to the Prize) and the Sponsors reserves the right, in their sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant for the applicable Prize from among the remaining eligible Entries submitted and received in accordance with these Rules in accordance with the procedures outlined in Rule 8 (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected eligible winner).

10. ELIGIBLE WINNER CONFIRMATION PROCESS:

NO ONE IS A WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL THE SPONSORS OFFICIALLY CONFIRM THEM AS THE WINNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE RULES. BEFORE BEING DECLARED AS A CONFIRMED PRIZE WINNER, the eligible winner will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid (which may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsors, be administered online, by email or other electronic means, by telephone, or in the Sponsors form of declaration and release).

By participating in the Contest and accepting the Prize, the eligible winner hereby: (i) confirms compliance with these Rules; (ii) acknowledges acceptance of the Prize (as awarded); (iii) releases the Sponsors and all of the other Released Parties from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, their participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof; and (iv) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of their name, city and province of residence, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet. IMPORTANT NOTE: The Sponsors will also require that the eligible winner sign and return the Sponsors form of declaration and release prior to being confirmed as a winner.

If the eligible winner: (a) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question; (b) cannot accept (or is unwilling to accept) the Prize (as awarded) for any reason; and/or (c) is determined to be in violation of these Rules (including, without limitation, in violation of the Eligibility to Enter requirements set out in Rule 2 above or the Verification procedures set out in Rule 6 above); all as determined by the Sponsors in their sole and absolute discretion, then they will be disqualified (and will forfeit all rights to the Prize) and the Sponsors reserves the right, in their sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant for the Prize from among the remaining eligible Entries submitted and received in accordance with these Rules in accordance with the procedures outlined in Rule 8 (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected eligible winner).

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. The decisions of the Sponsors with respect to all aspects of this Contest are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal. ANYONE DEEMED BY THE SPONSORS TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THE SPONSORS INTERPRETATION OF THE LETTER AND/OR SPIRIT OF THESE RULES FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSORS AT ANY TIME.

The Released Parties will not be liable for: (i) the failure of the applicable website, app, or any other platform; (ii) the failure of any Contest-Related Information and/or other information to be received, captured or recorded for any reason whatsoever; (iii) anyone being incorrectly and/or mistakenly identified as a winner or eligible winner; and/or (iv) any combination of the above.

The Sponsors reserves the right, in their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or obligation, to withdraw, amend or suspend this Contest (or to amend these Rules) in any way, in the event of any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsors that interferes with the proper conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Rules, including, without limitation, any error, problem, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or failure of any kind whatsoever, or for any other reason. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest in any way (as determined by the Sponsors in their sole and absolute discretion) may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsors reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsors reserves the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, amend or suspend this Contest, or to amend these Rules, in any way without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind, or for any other reason whatsoever. The Sponsors reserves the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate based on the circumstances and/or to comply with applicable law.

By entering this Contest, each entrant expressly consents to the Sponsors, their agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with Domino’s privacy policy, available at: https://www.dominos.ca/en/#!/content/privacy/, and Coca-Cola s privacy policy, available at: https:cokecanada.com/privacy-policy/. This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide the Sponsors or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal information.

The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to adjust any of the dates, timeframes and/or other Contest mechanics stipulated in these Rules, to the extent deemed necessary by the Sponsors, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant, Contest-Related Information and/or other information with these Rules, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Sponsors, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Contest as contemplated in these Rules, or for any other reason.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these English Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including, but not limited to, the French version of these Rules, point of sale, television, print or online advertising and/or any instructions or interpretations of these Rules given by any representative of the Sponsors, the terms and conditions of these English Rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with the terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules or the rights and obligations of participants, the Sponsors or any of the other the Released Parties in connection with the Contest will be governed by and construed in accordance with the domestic laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction s laws. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Ontario in any action to enforce (or otherwise relating to) these Rules or relating to the Contest.
