COKE CANADA BOTTLING SHARE HOLIDAY MAGIC AT THE MOVIES CONTEST

Official Contest Rules and regulations (the “Rules”)

THIS CONTEST IS OPEN TO CANADIAN RESIDENTS ONLY AND IS GOVERNED BY CANADIAN LAW.

1. CONTEST DATES:

The Coke Canada Bottling Share Holiday Magic at the Movies Contest (the “Contest”) begins on November 24, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on December 28, 2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER:

The Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada who have reached the legal age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry – except employees, representatives or agents (and those with whom such persons are living, whether related or not) of The Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited, Domino’s Pizza of Canada Ltd. (“Domino’s”, and collectively with The Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited, the “Sponsors”), their affiliated entities, prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies and any other individual(s), entity or entities involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Contest (collectively with the Sponsors, the “Contest Parties”).

3. AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY RULES:

By participating in this Contest, you are signifying that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Rules.

4. HOW TO ENTER:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE OR OTHERWISE IMPACT YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING IN THIS CONTEST.

There are two (2) ways to earn an Entry (each, an “Entry” and collectively, the “Entries”), as follows:

a.       During the Contest Period, make a purchase of 2 (two) medium 3 (three) topping pizzas, and 2 (two) x 500ml Coca-Cola® beverages via a participating location through the  Domino’s Website (https://www.dominos.ca/) with the Domino’s 3457 coupon (an “Eligible Purchase”) to receive one (1) entry into the Contest. To qualify, an Eligible Purchase must be made during the Contest Period.

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Alternatively, to obtain an Entry without making an Eligible Purchase, print your first name, last name, telephone number, email address and complete mailing address (including postal code) on a plain piece of paper and mail it (in an envelope with sufficient postage) along with a handwritten 25 word (or more) unique and original essay on why would you like to win movie tickets for a year to the following address: Coke Canada Share Holiday Magic at the Movies Contest PO Box 71535, Aurora, ON L4G 6S9 (collectively, the “Request”). Upon receipt of a valid Request in accordance with these Rules, you will receive one (1) Entry. To be eligible, the Request you submit must: (i) be received separately in a single envelope bearing sufficient postage (i.e. multiple Requests in the same envelope will be void); and (ii) be post-marked during the Contest Period and received prior to the Selection Date (as defined below in Rule 8).

There is no limit to the number of Entries to be received.

5. ENTRY LIMIT AND CONDITIONS:

If it is discovered by the Sponsors (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by the Sponsors) that any person has attempted to use multiple names, multiple identities and/or any other means not in keeping with the Sponsors’ interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Rules to enter or otherwise participate in or to disrupt this Contest; then they may be disqualified from the Contest in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsors. The Contest Parties and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for, and accept no liability whatsoever in relation to, any late, lost, misdirected, delayed or incomplete Entries or Requests (all of which are void).

By entering the Contest, an entrant releases and holds harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or any Prize. Without limiting the release of liability provisions herein, and for greater certainty, the Released Parties will not be liable for:  a) any incorrect or inaccurate information by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries in the Contest; b) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in any transmission in connection with the Contest; c) any communications line failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries or Requests; d) any problems with, or technical malfunction of, any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or failure of email which may occur for any reason whatsoever, including technical problems; or e) death, injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused or result from, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, your participation in the Contest or receipt, use or use of any Prize (as defined below in Rule 7).

6. VERIFICATION:

All Entries, requests and entrants are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsors – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual’s eligibility to participate in this Contest; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any Entry, Request and/or other information entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this Contest; and/or (iii) for any other reason the Sponsors deems necessary, in their sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Contest in accordance with the Sponsors’ interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsors within the timeline specified by the Sponsors may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsors. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of this Contest will be the official time-keeping device(s) of the Sponsors.

7. PRIZE:

There will be ten (10) prizes available to be won (each, a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”), each prize consisting of three hundred and sixty-five (365) Cineplex Admit One Certificates. Each Prize has an approximate retail prize value of $4,938.45 CAD. Each certificate is redeemable at all Cineplex Entertainment LP (“Cineplex”) theatres, online at Cineplex.com and through the Cineplex mobile app, for one general admission ticket. If redeemed online or through the app, an online booking fee, which allows for advance seat selection and sharable digital tickets, will be charged per movie ticket at the time of redemption. The fee is waived for CineClub members, is $1.00 per ticket plus tax for Scene+ members and is $1.50 per ticket plus tax for everyone else and is charged on the first 4 tickets purchased in a transaction. Following the validation/scanning process, the unique barcode is instantly cancelled which eliminates reuse. This certificate: (a) is non-replaceable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash even if redeemed without the consent of the certificate holder; (b) is not valid for non-feature film or Event Cinema performances; (c) cannot be combined with any other voucher or offer; (d) may be applied towards the purchase of a premium admission ticket, including but not limited to,  in IMAX®, 3D, D-BOX, 4DX, UltraAVX®, ScreenX and VIP and Kids Clubhouse auditoriums with the payment of an applicable surcharge; (e) may not be re-sold without the written consent of Cineplex; and (f) is valid for earning Scene+ points. Additional restrictions may apply. ™/ ® Cineplex Entertainment LP or used under license.

There is a limit of one (1) Prize per person/household for the entire Contest. Prizes will only be awarded to the person whose full name and valid email address appears on the official Contest entry form.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following general conditions apply to each Prize: (i) the Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable or convertible to cash (no substitutions except at the Sponsors’ sole and absolute discretion); (ii) the costs of everything not specifically stated above as included in the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, including, without limitation, any and all other costs associated with utilizing the Prize, and none of the released Parties, nor any other entity, will be providing any compensation whatsoever with respect any such other costs; (iii) if the winner does not utilize any part(s) of the Prize, then any such part(s) not utilized will be forfeited in its entirety and nothing will be substituted in its place; (iv) Sponsors reserve the right at any time to: (a) place reasonable restrictions on the availability or use of the Prize or any component thereof; and (b) substitute the Prize or a component thereof for any reason with a prize or a prize component of equal or greater value, including, without limitation, but solely at the Sponsors’ sole discretion, a cash award; and (v) by accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to waive all recourse against the Released Parties if the Prize or a component thereof does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part.

None of the Released Parties makes any representation or offers any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality or fitness of a Prize awarded in connection with the Contest. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a confirmed winner understands and acknowledges that they may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from either the Sponsors or any of the other Released Parties should their Prize fail to be fit for its purpose or is in any way unsatisfactory.

8. ELIGIBLE WINNER SELECTION PROCESS:

On January 6, 2026 (the “Selection Date”) in Toronto, Ontario, at approximately 10:00 a.m. ET, ten (10) eligible entrants will be selected by random draw from among all eligible Entries submitted and received in accordance with these Rules. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries submitted and received during the Contest Period in accordance with these Rules.

9. ELIGIBLE WINNER NOTIFICATION PROCESS:

The Sponsors or their designated representative will make a minimum of two (2) attempts to contact each eligible winner (using the information on the Entry or the Request, as applicable) within two (2) business days of the Selection Date. If an eligible winner cannot be contacted as outlined above, or if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable; then they may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsors, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to the Prize) and the Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant for the applicable Prize from among the remaining eligible Entries submitted and received in accordance with these Rules in accordance with the procedures outlined in Rule 9 (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected eligible winner).

10. ELIGIBLE WINNER CONFIRMATION PROCESS:

NO ONE IS A WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL THE SPONSORS OFFICIALLY CONFIRM THEM AS THE WINNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE RULES. BEFORE BEING DECLARED AS A CONFIRMED PRIZE WINNER, the eligible winner will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid (which may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsors, be administered online, by email or other electronic means, by telephone, or in the Sponsors’ form of declaration and release).

By participating in the Contest and accepting a Prize, an eligible winner hereby: (i) confirms compliance with these Rules; (ii) acknowledges acceptance of the Prize (as awarded); (iii) releases the Sponsors and all of the other Released Parties from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, their participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof; and (iv) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of their name, city and province of residence, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsors in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet. The Sponsors will also require that each eligible winner sign and return the Sponsors’ form of declaration and release prior to being confirmed as a winner.

If the eligible winner: (a) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question; (b) cannot accept (or is unwilling to accept) the Prize (as awarded) for any reason; and/or (c) is determined to be in violation of these Rules (all as determined by the Sponsors in their sole and absolute discretion); then they will be disqualified (and will forfeit all rights to the Prize) and the Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant for the Prize from among the remaining eligible Entries submitted and received in accordance with these Rules in accordance with the procedures outlined in Rule 9 (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected eligible winner).

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of this Contest are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal. ANYONE DEEMED BY THE SPONSORS TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THE SPONSORS’ INTERPRETATION OF THE LETTER AND/OR SPIRIT OF THESE RULES FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR AT ANY TIME.

The Released Parties will not be liable for: (i) the failure of any Entry, Request and/or other information to be received, captured or recorded for any reason whatsoever; (ii) anyone being incorrectly and/or mistakenly identified as a winner or eligible winner; and/or (iii) any combination of the above.

The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to withdraw, amend or suspend this Contest (or to amend these Rules) in any way, in the event of any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsors that interferes with the proper conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Rules, including, without limitation, any error, problem, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or failure of any kind whatsoever. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest in any way (as determined by the Sponsors in their sole and absolute discretion) may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsors reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, amend or suspend this Contest, or to amend these Rules, in any way without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind, or for any other reason whatsoever. The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate based on the circumstances and/or to comply with applicable law.

By entering this Contest, each entrant expressly consents to the Sponsors, their agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with Domino’s privacy policy, https://www.dominos.ca/en/#!/content/privacy/. This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide the Sponsors or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal information.

The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to adjust any of the dates, timeframes and/or other Contest mechanics stipulated in these Rules, to the extent deemed necessary by the Sponsors, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant, Entry, Request and/or other information with these Rules, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Sponsors, in their sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Contest as contemplated in these Rules, or for any other reason.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including, but not limited to, point of sale, television, print or online advertising and/or any instructions or interpretations of these Rules given by any representative of the Sponsors, the terms and conditions of these Rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with the terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
